March 25 — The ZGC Forum Annual Conference, jointly hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Association for Science and Technology, and the Beijing Municipal Government, opened in Beijing. Themed “Deep Integration of Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation”, this year's forum gathered global resources for technological innovation and presented cutting-edge technological achievements and industrial application practices.
At this globally watched cutting-edge innovation event, ZGC Smart City brought its “Smart Vision” AI large model warning agent to the ZGC Permanent Exhibition “AI Plus” exhibition area, showcasing the agent's application achievements in intelligent video analysis and risk warning within the public safety and urban governance scenarios.
Currently, the regional safety domain still relies heavily on manual patrols, facing issues such as limited efficiency, personnel fatigue, and delayed response. Meanwhile, traditional technical methods mostly focus on post-event monitoring, making it difficult to achieve pre-event warning. Additionally, some small-model algorithms suffer from high false alarm rates and serious missed detection, increasing management costs.
Addressing these industry pain points, the “Smart Vision” AI large model warning agent leverages visual large model technology, integrating multiple algorithm capabilities. By fully utilizing existing security video resources, it implements a cloud-edge collaborative solution to achieve 7×24 intelligent video patrol of monitored scenarios. “Smart Vision” achieves an accuracy rate of over 99%, offers more than 100 algorithms for flexible assembly, and supports customized upgrades. The system seamlessly interfaces with mainstream monitoring equipment and provides continuous service support through the SaaS service model, building a high-quality security defense line and realizing “risk-free, faster, more accurate, and safer” intelligent warning capabilities.
On this foundation, “Smart Vision” conducts real-time analysis of video footage through its visual large model capabilities to achieve timely risk detection. It relies on the cloud-center large model for in-depth analysis to improve identification accuracy. Combined with contingency plan matching and disposal support, it assists on-site personnel in carrying out response operations, forming a closed-loop mechanism of “real-time risk detection + model in-depth analysis + contingency plan matching + on-site disposal”. Meanwhile, the system can regularly output operational reports, accumulate expert experience, and continuously optimize application performance.
As a national-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative key “Little Giant” enterprise, ZGC Smart City focuses on technology R&D and scenario application in AI, big data, and other fields. Centering on key domains such as urban governance and public safety, it continuously drives the transformation of technical capabilities into practical applications. Going forward, the company will continue to uphold the development philosophy of openness, collaboration, and innovation, empowering thousands of industries through “AI Plus”, continuously expanding the boundaries of intelligent applications, and injecting new momentum into building a safer, more efficient, and smarter urban operation system.
